Green Bay Pet Expo!

Things were great! It was a wonderful weekend. Jeff is a great guy. I told everybody at work today that I was actually going to miss him. He ran all his shows on-time and did not disappoint anyone. For all three shows on Sat. he filled all the seating in more than ¼ of the arena! He interacted with the crowd very well and made them feel important. Jeff had worked so hard this weekend by the end of the show he was losing his voice. Again, I just can’t say enough about how wonderful of a person Jeff truly is …
Thank you for all your help in booking him.

SWAMPMASTER Gets Down With Gators to WOW Sports Show Audiences!
"The Grand Rapids Press"

SWAMPMASTER A BIG DRAW!

Down in the old Happy Hollow area, now called “the Jungle,” are some shows that always draw good crowds. One of those is the Swampmaster Gator Show.
The Swampmaster is Jeff Quattrocchi, a native Iowan who now lives in Florida and is the start of the traveling alligator show.
I stopped to watch a little of his 2:30 show today, and I was impressed with the amount of education that Quattrocchi sprinkles into the performance. It was a good mix of alligator facts and entertainment. The alligators are not harmed during the show.
Today he was in the water with a 7-foot-long common American alligator when I saw him. The children in the audience were loving it.
This is the Swampmaster’s fifth year at the Illinois State Fair. The shows are daily at 12:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. At the end of the demonstrations, members of the audience can hold a baby alligator and have their picture taken.

Weekend festival, A Success!
Friday, 25 April 2008

By Mandy McFarland Editor - WAKARUSA

New to the festival was a live alligator show featuring Jeff Quattrocchi, an Iowa native who now lives in Florida and travels the country entertaining and educating audiences about the American alligator.
Quattrocchi purchases his gators from an alligator farm, where they would otherwise be used for meat or for their hides. After about 10 shows, the gators retire to his farm, where he has plenty of room for them to thrive.
During his show, Quattrocchi explains that, despite popular belief, what he does is not alligator wrestling.
"What I do is I try to handle them and not get bit," he said.
However, Quattrocchi has been injured in the past while performing with alligators; 12 times, in fact.
"Six of those were show stoppers. The show could not go on," he said. "I know every show is a career-ender.
Following the show, kids had a chance to meet Wally, Quattrocci's baby alligator who travels with him to shows.
